2-4+ years experience in Talent Sourcing or as a Recruiter in the games industry Strong ability to identify, engage, and assess game development talent Experience conducting structured screening interviews Comfortable running full-cycle recruitment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Deep knowledge of sourcing tools and Boolean search Experience reviewing art portfolios is a plus Highly organized, proactive, and confident working independently Experience with Workable a plus Fluent with English and Ukrainian (preferred)
