Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college/university Licensed Pharmacist and in good standing (multiple state licenses a plus) Bilingual fluency in English and either Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean. Completion of a PGY-1 residency, or equivalent experience Ability to review and assess the appropriateness of prescriptions with respect to age specific, disease state specific considerations Ability to engage with the patients, promote adherence and treat them with empathy and compassion Knowledge of chronic disease states Ability to apply judgment and make informed decisions Ability to work effectively within a team Experience working with patients of different cultural, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds Has knowledge of influence of patient’s age, sex, concomitant disease states, concurrent drug therapy, foods and diagnostic procedures on drug activity and disposition Has knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements Has knowledge of prescription and non-prescription drugs and drug products and their indications, efficacy, dosage, mechanisms of action, major contraindications and potential side effects Willingness and ability to obtain registered pharmacist license in other states, as needed Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Ability to work 40 hours/week (within company operating hours of Monday - Saturday, 6AM - 6PM Pacific Time)
