Requirements:
Experience in real estate, property operations or financial analysis Advanced Excel skills including formulas, data organization and basic modeling Familiarity with property management software such as RentManager or AppFolio Clear written and verbal English communication Comfortable working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern or Central time zones
Responsibilities:
Support portfolio financial tracking including monthly and quarterly roll ups Maintain expense, revenue and utility records in Excel or Notion Assist with basic modeling, scenario work or trend analysis Ensure all financial data from property systems is accurate and complete Maintain data across RentManager, AppFolio or similar platforms Track maintenance activity, expenses and operational events Support documentation and workflows for asset management Communicate with vendors and property managers Track recurring service schedules and confirm completion Assist with operational communication and updates Monitor digital access tools such as RemoteLock or TTLock Coordinate resets, updates or troubleshooting Ensure data stays aligned across systems
