Architect - Conceptual Design (Multifamily Focus) | Permanent WFH

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field Registered Architect Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, preferably with multifamily projects Strong conceptual design skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Solid experience in Adobe InDesign Ability to balance design creativity with production efficiency Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative team environment Amenable to work during U.S. business working hours Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher At least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space Wired internet connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed Backup internet connection Quiet, well-lit space with minimal background noise

Develop conceptual designs, site plans, and early-phase studies for multifamily projects Produce high-quality graphic outputs and presentation materials Enhance 3D graphics, exterior elevations, and visual concepts using Photoshop Prepare and organize presentation packages using InDesign Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into production drawings Support production tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables
