Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Recruitment (at least 3 years from SaaS company) Strong organisational and time-management skills Familiarity working with ATS systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to end recruitment processes Source, attract and headhunt candidates Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial screening interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and the wider team Draft job descriptions and post roles on various platforms Manage pipelines and maintain recruitment databases (Greenhouse) Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the process Conduct reference checks Negotiate offers including salary, benefits, and stock options Maintain our ATS Greenhouse and local HR systems Support onboarding processes Support in office management and legal HR documentation
