Lien Negotiation Specialist (Remote Asia)

Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal with expertise in lien negotiation Strong knowledge of medical liens, subrogation rights, and reimbursement obligations Familiarity with personal injury law and settlement processes Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment Tech-savvy – experience with legal case management software preferred Prior work with ERISA, Medicare/Medicaid, or military liens (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Review and analyze medical records, billing statements, and insurance documentation to identify lien claims Communicate and negotiate with medical providers, insurance companies, and lienholders Prepare lien summaries and net settlement breakdowns for attorney review Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all lien communications and reductions Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure all liens are accurately resolved before disbursement Follow up on outstanding lien resolution issues to ensure timely case closure Ensure compliance with state and federal lien resolution laws and protocols
