Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition. Proven ability to hire across multiple functions, including accounting roles. Strong skills in creating JDs, job ads, and targeted job campaigns. Exceptional English proficiency (C2 level) — both written and conversational. Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, and other digital tools.
Responsibilities:

Use hiring data and trends to improve sourcing strategies. Provide market insights. Develop creative recruitment campaigns. Continuously improve recruitment processes.
