Requirements:
5+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in agency environments. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect performance data to actionable insight. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience. Ability to lead with clarity and confidence while remaining empathetic and human-first. Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, proactive approach in high-pressure situations. Highly organised and structured, with strong attention to detail. Comfortable using paid media platforms, reporting tools, and agency workflows. Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection is essential.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategy, performance, and communication across all paid media accounts. Oversee a team of 8 account managers. Join client calls and maintain client check-ins. Provide strategic guidance and senior support in client channels. Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and create action plans. Support ad testing, optimization, creative direction, and reporting structure. Ensure weekly, insight-led client reporting. Step into ad accounts for emergencies or cover. Hold weekly 1:1 meetings and lead a weekly performance team call. Collaborate with the Founder for leadership alignment and planning.
