Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields). 4–8 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator or similar role. Strong hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL administration. Working experience with Couchbase and MySQL. Solid knowledge of RHEL environments. Proficiency in Ansible and bash scripting. Ability to take end-to-end ownership of technical projects. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. B2–C1 English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide operational and architectural support for PostgreSQL databases. Manage and maintain Couchbase and MySQL environments. Perform RHEL / Linux system administration activities. Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation via bash scripting. Ensure system performance, reliability, and security. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution. Support critical issues when necessary.
