Oversee administration and end-to-end lifecycle of employee benefits programs Administer and maintain employee benefits records, process transactions, and audit vendor file feeds Manage invoicing processes for all vendors and conduct monthly audits Manage COBRA benefits administration Lead benefit program evaluations, benchmarking, and cost analyses Support annual renewal planning and partner with consultants Partner in vendor performance monitoring, renewals, and negotiation Manage full end-to-end ownership of leave of absences, accommodations, and related policies Ensure leave processes are compliant and aligned with internal guidelines and jurisdictional requirements Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Legal on plan operations, contracts, and compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global strategy and policy improvements Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and ensure program compliance Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for benefits questions Design benefit-related materials and facilitate presentations Drive benefits education through communications and training Evaluate internal processes for cost reduction and efficiency improvements Stay abreast of benefit trends and propose improvements based on data Lead or contribute to multi-quarter benefits initiatives Provide strategic insights to leadership based on market data and employee feedback Support long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting
