Requirements
- Strong communication skills to explain technical product details
- Experience in customer success or sales
- Interest or background in AI
- Comfortable with a 50/50 split between sales and technical support
- Skilled at technical training and product guidance
- Proactive problem-solver
- Previous roles as Solutions Specialist, Customer Success Manager, or Account Executive in AI or tech preferred
- Experience explaining integrations and complex software to non-technical users preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging sales demos of AI capabilities and integrations
- Manage full inbound pipeline including demo requests, follow-ups, feature updates, and support tickets
- Deliver technical product support and training
- Drive customer onboarding with sales and technical assistance
- Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to customers
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback
