Requirements

  • Skilled at technical training and product guidance
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Previous roles as Solutions Specialist, Customer Success Manager, or Account Executive in AI or tech preferred
  • Experience explaining integrations and complex software to non-technical users preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging sales demos of AI capabilities and integrations
  • Manage full inbound pipeline including demo requests, follow-ups, feature updates, and support tickets
  • Deliver technical product support and training
  • Drive customer onboarding with sales and technical assistance
  • Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to customers
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback
