Requirements:
Experience in data management. Native/advanced level of French and Spanish. B2 level of English or higher. Experienced user in CRM. Quick to learn new processes and tools. Good verbal and written communication skills in appropriate language. Motivation & personality for seeking customer satisfaction and resolution. Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must be located in Spain.
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule corporate activities. Serve as a liaison between customers and the Technical Team. Schedule appointments between Field Engineers and end customers. Communicate via phone/email with end customers and Field Engineers. Ensure parts ordering is done in advance. Coordinate with various internal departments for query resolution. Keep customers informed about schedules and rescheduling. Register customer interactions and status in CRM. Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance, Installation, Repairs, Education, and Relocation. Ensure customer and Technical Team satisfaction through accurate planning.
