Communicate via phone/email with end customers and Field Engineers. Ensure parts ordering is done in advance. Coordinate with various internal departments for query resolution. Keep customers informed about schedules and rescheduling. Register customer interactions and status in CRM. Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance, Installation, Repairs, Education, and Relocation. Ensure customer and Technical Team satisfaction through accurate planning.
