Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an institution accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Education. Professional certification in payroll, HR, or accounting (e.g., SOCPA, CIPD) is an advantage. Additional training in Saudi labor law, GOSI, or payroll systems is highly desirable. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an international payroll function within Saudi Arabia. Experience in a Shared Services Centre is an advantage. Native Arabic speaker: proficiency in English (written and spoken) required. Knowledge of an additional European language is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
