Requirements:
10+ years’ experience in consultancy, account management, or client partnership roles. Proven track record of growing enterprise-level accounts, ideally in financial services, insurance, or reinsurance. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance relationship building and sales delivery. Executive presence and credibility to engage senior stakeholders. Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in a fast-scaling consultancy environment. Collaborative style, working seamlessly with delivery, sales, and leadership teams. Excellent communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead executive-level client engagement, acting as a trusted partner and advisor. Identify, shape, and progress new business opportunities within existing accounts. Work with a Director to manage and achieve account revenue targets. Support Toucanberry growth initiatives by contributing to account strategy. Collaborate with the sales team to turn project outcomes into compelling case studies. Partner with the Delivery Lead to stay close to client roadmaps and priorities. Help delivery teams navigate stakeholder landscapes. Act as an ambassador for our consultancy’s brand, values, and long-term vision. Travel occasionally to Bermuda and to UK client sites.
