Own end-to-end feature delivery, leveraging AI tooling for faster code generation. Lead teams using a GenAI-first SDLC, defining processes for scaling through prototypes and experimentation. Lead complex integration strategies for Email and Accounting systems. Manage vector stores and refine RAG implementation. Develop Self Learning Agents. Use observability tools to trace and debug LLM outputs. Maintain and scale serverless infrastructure and database layers.
