Senior Security Engineer - (AI, Automation & Platforms) - Argentina, Brazil, Eastern Europe, Romania, Spain & Uruguay (Remote)

5-7 years engineering experience. Proficiency in Python for production-quality code, APIs, and version control (Git). Experience with AI agents, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), or frameworks (LangChain, MCP). Deep experience with SOAR platforms (e.g., Tines) or custom workflow automation. Platform engineering mindset with understanding of platform health, uptime, and performance monitoring. Broad security knowledge across IR, Cloud, GRC, and AppSec. Problem-solving for 100x scalability. Autonomous ownership and grit with proactive and resilient approach.

Engineer the integration layer for diverse security stack (Cloud, IR, IAM, AppSec, GRC). Design and deploy custom AI agents and use Model Context Protocol (MCP). Create modular code, functions, and workflows for other security teams. Hyper-automate operations using logic for repeatability and instant execution. Implement systems to track health, efficacy, and ROI of the security program. Act as a technical bridge across Cyber Defense, Cloud Security, and Risk Management.
