Scale the engineering team and act as a role model and business partner. Create a reliable product architecture using modern engineering practices (xOps, Agile, XP, GRASP, 12-factor app). Initiate new technical solutions for 24/7 platform availability. Influence business decisions to support the transition from mid- to late-stage. Build a global product.
