3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst in a product-driven company 1+ year of experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team of analysts Strong ownership mentality and exceptional attention to detail in data analysis and reporting Solid understanding of core product metrics, user segmentation, and building product funnels Strong knowledge of statistical foundations, experimental design, and hypothesis testing Advanced understanding of A/B testing principles, statistical significance, and experiment evaluation Proven experience delivering analytical solutions for complex product challenges Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase) Experience working with product analytics systems (e.g., GA4, BigQuery, Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel) Strong English written/verbal communication skills
