Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required. 8+ years of proven success in recruitment, with at least part of that experience in-house. Minimum of 4 years of executive recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring high-performing talent. Experience recruiting from professional services environments, particularly candidates with a track record in enterprise-level, complex solution selling. Experience hiring for roles that require P&L ownership and a strong understanding of business operations. Experience partnering with Hiring Managers to strategically guide them through the end-to-end recruiting process. Strong ability to recognize exceptional talent and assess whether candidates will thrive in both the role and the company. Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain candidate pipelines, partnering with leadership to meet hiring goals. Proactively source, identify, and engage top-performing talent globally. Conduct candidate outreach and screening, assessing fit and communicating role details. Design and coordinate customized interview processes. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience. Communicate effectively with internal teams via Slack and Zoom.
