Own and optimize HubSpot CRM (automation workflows, routing, segmentation, lead scoring, dashboards). Build landing pages, emails, workflows, and automation sequences within HubSpot. Implement and maintain conversion tracking (pixels, UTM parameters, GA4, form tracking, etc.). Build reports and dashboards for KPIs: MQL→SQL conversion, demos, web traffic, pipeline velocity, campaign performance. Monitor analytics using GA4, Semrush, and Microsoft Clarity to uncover insights and diagnose website issues. Collaborate on campaign setup (tracking, attribution, tagging). Support basic social media operations (posting cadence, simple content repurposing). Collaborate on AI-driven content discoverability (AI search optimization, metadata, structured content). Maintain clean marketing data, healthy sender reputation, and deliverability compliance (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). Work closely with marketing leadership to refine processes and improve operational efficiency.
