Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in QuickBooks required Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications (such as CPA or similar) are a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data Utilize accounting software to manage and record data efficiently Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting Coordinate with clients to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Maintain organized financial documentation and records
