Senior Product Manager

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business management. 6+ years of overall experience in software product management. At least 4+ years of direct, hands-on PM experience in a SaaS or data/platform product company. Previous experience working directly alongside critical customers to understand pain points and co-develop solutions. Experience with big data systems and complexities of data quality and governance. Strong expertise with internal tools and systems within a medium to large enterprise. Proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions. Demonstrated experience aligning with and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones. A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity. Experience working in a regulated vertical (e.g., energy, finance, telecom, or healthcare).

Create and own the product roadmap aligned with business and product strategy. Define, prioritize, and build product initiatives for customer transition to the newer platform. Assist customers in migrating data and workflows from legacy to the newer platform. Coordinate with product, engineering, and data teams for feature integration. Embed AI pipelines into tools to eliminate manual processes and improve data observability. Write clear product requirements for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and data science for timely product delivery. Gather requirements and address pain points with cross-functional team stakeholders. Monitor and provide progress updates on initiatives to stakeholders and leadership. Champion the use of AI tools for team productivity improvements.
