Proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset. Genuine curiosity for fintech, crypto, and technology's impact on financial services. Proficiency in French (asset).

Provide practical and actionable legal advice to business teams. Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements. Monitor and interpret evolving regulations in financial services, privacy, and crypto. Participate in new product development, identifying legal risks and proposing solutions. Implement scalable processes for legal work efficiency. Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel. Receive mentorship and exposure to diverse legal and strategic challenges.
