Skilled at engaging senior executives, understanding business needs, and designing solutions. Strong understanding of APIs, SSO, data feeds, and system integrations. Experience with SAP and Workday is a plus. Experienced in scoping and tailoring implementations. Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems and tooling. Exceptional ability to simplify complexity. Understanding of Human Capital Management, Learning & Development, or Talent Management is highly valued.
