- Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier college, 3.0 GPA or equivalent (Analytics, Technology, Economics, or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience in a business analytics-focused role, preferably within a media agency.
- Statistical Background.
- Quantitative Analysis.
- Experience managing a team and ability to delegate effectively.
- Proficiency with SQL (Python is a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Docs is a plus).
- Exposure to measurement of both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns.

- Help lead day to day operations within the assigned North America Product Area (PA) team.

- Integrate analytics into all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients for all analytics-related matters.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor Analytics resources.
- Lead the design and measurement of brand and/or direct response campaigns.
- Develop and implement match market tests (MMT) and analyze results.
- Present complex data and analytics findings clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Lead the creation of analysis reviews and insights.
