3-5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience with licensed mental health professionals 1+ years of startup experience Deep understanding of clinical licenses (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PMHNP, etc.) and their scope of practice Proven track record sourcing candidates through healthcare-specific channels and professional networks Experience conducting behavioral interviews and assessing clinical competencies Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools (Greenhouse and Rippling experience preferred) Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills Strategic and data-driven mindset

Execute full-cycle clinical recruiting for licensed mental health professionals and support roles Develop and maintain specialized sourcing strategies Build and nurture relationships with schools, residency programs, and professional associations Partner with hiring managers to understand specific requirements Conduct thorough candidate assessments including license verification and clinical experience evaluation Track and analyze recruiting metrics Stay current on licensing requirements and credentialing processes across multiple states Collaborate with the talent team to continuously improve processes and candidate experience Represent Blackbird at clinical conferences, job fairs, and professional networking events Enhance recruitment brand management and visibility Support special recruiting projects and initiatives
