3-5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience with licensed mental health professionals 1+ years of startup experience Deep understanding of clinical licenses (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PMHNP, etc.) and their scope of practice Proven track record sourcing candidates through healthcare-specific channels and professional networks Experience conducting behavioral interviews and assessing clinical competencies Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools (Greenhouse and Rippling experience preferred) Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills Strategic and data-driven mindset
