Requirements:
7+ years of experience across web development, web design, or digital/web marketing in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments. Expert proficiency in Webflow, HTML/CSS, responsive implementation, and component-based site builds. Strong visual design and UX sensibility; fluent in Figma. Experience managing and optimizing Marketo web forms and/or landing pages, tracking, and conversion flows. Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and optimize page performance. Hands-on experience with GA4, heatmaps, webflow analytics, and A/B testing platforms like Webflow Optimize. Strong understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals performance practices. Experience working cross-functionally and operating autonomously in fast-moving environments. Very strong communication skills and English language proficiency and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Experience with Salesforce integrations and lead generation motions. Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools. Understanding of B2B SaaS buyer journeys and enterprise messaging patterns. Comfort collaborating with or managing external agencies. Interest in understanding how AI-driven search changes how users discover and evaluate products. Familiarity with implementing structured data, schema markup, and content clarity techniques that support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Comfort adapting web content for both human readability and machine interpretation.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end development and management of Glia.com in Webflow. Maintain site architecture, hosting, uptime, page speed, performance, and accessibility. Ensure brand quality and consistency across all web surfaces. Oversee technical infrastructure including domains, SSL, tracking, and integrations. Translate brand, messaging, and content strategy into user-centered page layouts. Create high-impact campaign pages, landing pages, and interactive activations. Partner closely with Creative and Product Marketing to evolve site layout patterns, component libraries, and visual direction. Help create the end-to-end conversion optimization strategy for the website. Run A/B tests and experiments informed by funnel data, session insights, heatmaps, and performance metrics. Build dashboards and share learnings with marketing and leadership. Implement and maintain on-page and technical SEO best practices. Collaborate with an established SEO agency on recommendations, enhancements, and testing. Ensure Core Web Vitals performance standards are met or exceeded. Support AEO and GEO initiatives by structuring content to perform well in AI-assisted search environments. Partner with Content, Brand, PMM, Paid Media, and Marketing Ops to align the website to campaign goals. Work closely with Marketing Ops to ensure seamless Marketo tracking, form routing, and lead flows. Coordinate project timelines, updates, and review cycles across teams.
