Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java and experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, FastAPI Proven experience in Data Security, Data Governance, or a related platform engineering role Solid understanding and practical experience with DLP, data classification, and encryption/key management Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs for security and data governance Familiarity with modern data platforms (data warehouses, data lakes) and database security principles Strong understanding of security principles (OWASP Top 10, principle of least privilege) and data privacy regulations (LGPD, GDPR) Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their native data security services Seeking to learn, deliver impact through high-quality, secure software, valuing work-life balance Excellent English skills (verbal and written)

Design, develop, and operate the core Data Security Platform Lead implementation of tools for automatic data discovery and classification Architect and manage secure data migration strategies Engineer and implement fine-grained access control systems Develop integrations with internal data platforms and applications Ensure security, reliability, scalability, and performance of the data security platform Collaborate with Data Governance, Legal, CyberSecurity, and other engineering teams Improve data-driven culture through enhanced security tools and code structure Participate in software design discussions and contribute to documentation
