Requirements:
Native/Bilingual German proficiency. Professional level English proficiency. 1-2 years of minimum experience in Outbound Cold Calling for German Markets. Experience in working with IT/Software Organizations or selling software. Hustle attitude and curiosity to learn new things. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities:
Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting in German Markets. Conduct rigorous research on companies and build an effective sales pipeline. Initiate conversations with CFOs, CIOs, Finance Heads, Tax Heads, and IT Heads. Create personalized emails and campaigns for outreach. Pitch products to prospects and represent the company. Update CRM with lead details, discussions, and activities. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects. Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives. Refine outreach strategies and learn about the solution.
