Proven hands-on technical leadership experience, leading small data teams Deep expertise in ETL architecture and infrastructure tools Experience building real-time segmentation systems using modern event-driven architectures Proven experience with DBT focusing on complex transformations, enforced data testing, and maintaining clean, well-documented data marts Excellent knowledge of SQL Excellent knowledge of the Snowflake platform Expertise in DataOps and security (Bonus Points)
