Requirements:
Knowledge of the Financial Services industry. Tenacity in the pursuit of information and a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a willingness to find strong industry contacts. High level of numeracy - Ability to work with, analyse, and interpret data. Fluency in English. Previous experience working on a short-term contract basis or in a freelance capacity. Excellent time-management, organization and self-motivation skills. Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough due diligence on companies in the context of M&A IPOs, assessing their financial health, market positioning, and growth prospects. Engaging with key stakeholders for insights relevant to investment evaluations. Collecting and analysing data from diverse sources to support investment valuations and decisions. Reviewing and collecting information from secondary sources. Developing a market and financial model for the investment. Generating detailed reports and presentations using MS Excel and Word to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
