Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in management, business, communications, hospitality, or related field; or equivalent experience. 3+ years of leadership experience in multi-family real estate or similar customer-centric operations. 1+ years of multi-department leadership experience in the multi-family industry. Experience with team member relationship issues, retention, engagement, succession planning, performance management, and development. Proven track record with scheduling, training, and developing non-exempt employees. Demonstrated track record of operational and financial success. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage cross-functional relationships, competing priorities, and time/resources proactively. Must lead by example and embody Placemakr's core values.
Responsibilities:
Drive operational and budgetary excellence across the property. Ensure exceptional experiences for residents and guests. Provide hands-on support for escalated issues. Instill accountability, ownership, and innovation in the team. Lead Manager on Duty shifts and flexible scheduling. Engage with ownership groups. Ensure consistent day-to-day operations and strong financial performance. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Implement programs and processes for continuous improvement. Motivate and lead people, embodying Placemakr's Community Norms. Drive a culture of top performance, service, and excellence. Maintain safety, security, and compliance. Provide training on Placemakr SOPs and programs. Own people-related initiatives for the property. Collaborate on talent acquisition efforts. Own operational success of Front of House, Back of House, and administrative functions. Ideate and execute solutions for people, operational, or budgetary challenges. Ensure property meets or exceeds service and operational standards. Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and non-property teams to drive revenue. Drive NOI and financial success by owning the property budget. Physical requirements: standing, sitting, walking for extended periods; lifting up to 50 pounds.
