- Enjoy coding and staying up-to-date on technology.

- Comfort with engineers taking ownership and autonomy.
- Optimism about building a large engineering team differently from the status quo.
Responsibilities
- Manage three to five Engineers and hire three to five more.
- Provide feedback on product and technical specs.
- Grow engineers to deliver large projects with little intervention.
- Jump into systems and code to debug issues or ship fixes.
- Propose and lead department and company-wide initiatives.
- Design and improve interviews.
- Improve data generation and simulation for demo accounts.
