Manage three to five Engineers and hire three to five more. Provide feedback on product and technical specs. Grow engineers to deliver large projects with little intervention. Jump into systems and code to debug issues or ship fixes. Propose and lead department and company-wide initiatives. Design and improve interviews. Improve data generation and simulation for demo accounts.
