Jr. Accounting Associate (December 2025)

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business. Up to 2 years of experience ideal. US GAAP knowledge/experience is a big plus. Extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with Accounting Software Systems is a big plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English. Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data. Highly dedicated and committed to pursuing a career in accounting and tax. Quantitative and analytical mindset. Excellent cross-group collaboration skills. Highly organized, multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures. Eager to learn more about US Accounting Systems.

Support client onboarding process. Assist with accounts payable and receivable management. Perform bookkeeping entries and close books monthly. Prepare financial reporting and analysis. May include payroll and special projects. Prepare Depreciation Schedules, Sales Journal, and Sales Tax Returns. Review and reconcile Payroll Records and Employment Tax Returns. Support regular audits for accuracy. Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins. Support ledger reconciliation. Manage accounts payable/receivable. Prepare and file Corporate and Individual Income Tax Returns. Assess and research complex tax issues. Assist with research projects and financial report preparation.
