Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of customer service, contact center, or similar experience. Excellent customer service skills (empathy, courtesy, efficiency, confidence, helpfulness). Excellent time management skills. Excellent typing skills and adaptability with online tools. Adaptability and a love for change in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Excellent communication skills for persuasive phone engagement. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Good interpersonal skills. Resilience and persistence. Prior experience in phone sales, preferably cold calling. Ability to take ownership and solve problems. Available full-time (40 hours/week). Fluency in English & German. Eligible to work in Poland.
Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements for each program and implement SOPs. Take notes and suggest improvements to the team leader. Address and solve user issues via live channels, meeting KPIs. Manage time effectively for phone calls while maintaining quality. Build connections and trust with stakeholders to resolve queries. Stay informed of SOPs and program changes.
