Requirements
- Portfolio of social media accounts with verifiable proof of growth
- 3-5+ years in digital marketing with a deep focus on social media growth and content strategy
- Expert-level understanding of storytelling and content packaging for viral platforms
- Expert-level understanding of social media analytics (TikTok, IG, YouTube Studio)
- Proven experience in building marketing funnels and converting traffic
- Proficient in ClickUp (or similar PM tool)
- Proficient in Google Drive & G-Suite
- Proficient in social media native analytics tools
- Proficient in video editing software (Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Own content and growth strategy for all platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Lead rapid experimentation process, tracking analytics and A/B testing to identify scalable content
- Find new ways to go viral, growth hack algorithms, and convert viewers into community members
- Project manage across all pages, post content, and improve systems and processes
- Develop and execute master strategy for social channels and community growth
- Provide creative direction and management for viral-focused short-form content
- Deliver weekly growth reports detailing performance analysis
- Run and track daily/weekly tests on content variations
- Build and optimize funnels to convert viewers into email subscribers and Discord members
- Ensure content is produced and posted on time
- Research new trends, sounds, and platform features for growth leverage
