4-6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, MarTech, AdTech, or growth tracking roles Google Tag Manager expert (data layers, client-side and server-side tagging, debugging tools) Strong experience with mobile app tracking frameworks (e.g., Firebase, MMPs) Deep understanding of CDPs (Blueshift a plus) and audience activation workflows Hands-on experience with downstream platforms like LiveRamp and major ad platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) Skilled at translating complex technical details into clear, actionable plans Proactive in ambiguous and collaborative environments Cares about both data quality and speed-to-market
