Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Experience in talent assessment, training, or certification exams is a plus. High passion for customer satisfaction. Native level Japanese language proficiency. Native or C2 level English proficiency. Advanced PC skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, be organized, flexible, and handle high workload with short deadlines. Availability for 24-hour shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
