Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Experience in talent assessment, training, or certification exams is a plus. High passion for customer satisfaction. Native level Japanese language proficiency. Native or C2 level English proficiency. Advanced PC skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, be organized, flexible, and handle high workload with short deadlines. Availability for 24-hour shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels. Supervise the secure and fair administration of certification exams. Perform administrative tasks related to exam registration, scheduling, and results processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. Support PeopleCert's multinational business and global operations.
