Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with payroll sales representatives, HR Business Partners, Solution Engineers, and Client Account Managers. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with contacts and provide ongoing support to ensure partnership success. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on sales strategies and plans, including success of sales templates/posts. Identify market opportunities and define strategies to maximize revenue generation through channel partners. Provide training, product knowledge, and sales support to different verticals and business levels in the Small Business Space. Monitor sales performance of channel partners and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with marketing teams to develop joint marketing programs and promotional activities. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with channel partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback gathered through channel partners.
