Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or BD Support role. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and outreach. Strong organization, attention to detail, and written communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and Excel/Sheets. Ability to handle fast-changing priorities and work directly with leadership. Driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a startup setting.
Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups for the founder. Keep tasks organized and ensure priorities are met across meetings and projects. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Take ownership of LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the founder’s account. Build lists of marketing and growth agencies, research key contacts, and submit partnership or inquiry requests. Execute outreach campaigns efficiently and track engagement metrics. Draft and send follow-ups, ensuring consistent communication flow. Conduct market and agency research to support BD and partnership initiatives. Manage CRM updates, data cleanup, and outreach tracking in spreadsheets or automation tools. Help organize proposals, contracts, and communications for new partnerships. Contribute to internal process improvements and tool documentation.
