Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of MRF and SRF documentation and processes. Excellent English communication skills (neutral to native accent). Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in B2B and B2C environments. Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client presentations. Proficient in CRM systems, lead generation, and LinkedIn outreach. Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising strategies. Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, capable of working independently to meet sales targets. Internet: Primary connection minimum 15 Mbps, Backup connection at least 10 Mbps. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th Gen or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th Gen or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, with minimum 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and fully functional during power interruptions. Equipment & Workspace: Functional webcam and noise-canceling USB headset, quiet, dedicated home office setup, smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships within the real estate sector. Manage client requirements through accurate completion and tracking of MRFs and SRFs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, investors, and clients. Conduct market research to uncover growth areas, trends, and competitive opportunities. Present and promote real estate products and services to potential clients. Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and follow up on all leads and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and documentation are handled efficiently. Stay informed on real estate market trends and recommend strategies for continued business growth.
