Responsibilities:
Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties and their disposition turnaround times. Partner with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing, budget, and scope of work for construction. Value properties across the US and ensure accuracy of all valuations. Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations and ensure properties do not sit too long on the market. Handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Perform any other duties necessary to help the company meet its goals.
