Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Experience in an agency or RPO setting is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong command of social recruiting tools and digital sourcing techniques.
- Commercially aware, performance-focused, and motivated to meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- A collaborative, proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Information Technology, especially in leveraging digital tools for sourcing and talent mapping.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates across multiple digital and professional platforms.
- Build, maintain, and nurture a strong database of qualified professionals.
- Partner with the team to create engaging content and campaigns for employer branding.
- Actively participate in and manage talent engagement initiatives across social and professional networks.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent market trends.
- Stay informed about talent market dynamics and emerging recruitment trends.
- Ensure every interaction delivers a positive candidate experience.
