Requirements:
Hands-on GA4 + GTM implementation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Heap, Braze, or LaunchDarkly, or eagerness to learn. Good grasp of data-layer design, tag debugging, and validation workflows. Experience writing or maintaining tracking specs, QA checklists, or governance documentation. Familiarity with server-side tagging or event forwarding (e.g. GTM Server, Segment). Experience running QA and reconciliation between GA4, Heap, or Braze. Exposure to feature flags or experimentation tools, such as LaunchDarkly.
Responsibilities:
Validate event data across GA4, Heap, and Braze to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies. Partner with engineers to QA GTM implementations, SDK calls, and data-layer logic. Develop naming conventions, metadata standards, and reference guides for tracking. Investigate and resolve event issues using GTM Preview, Heap Inspector, and browser developer tools. Provide reliable, well-documented data to help teams learn from user behavior and product impact.
