Responsibilities:

Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their hiring needs. Collaborate with recruitment teams to tailor proposals and close deals. Track sales pipelines, metrics, and forecasts using CRM tools. Participate in market research to identify new business opportunities. Support marketing efforts, including events and content promotion.
