Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3+ in tech recruitment.
- Proven experience sourcing LATAM talent for U.S. or global clients.
- Familiarity with roles like Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Data Engineers.
- Excellent sourcing and outreach skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage senior-level engineers and technical talent across LATAM.
- Pre-qualify candidates for English level, technical alignment, and cultural fit.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Empirical recruiting team.
- Submit vetted candidates following our established process and templates.
- Track candidate progress and stay updated on open roles and priorities.
