5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3+ in tech recruitment. Proven experience sourcing LATAM talent for U.S. or global clients. Familiarity with roles like Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Data Engineers. Excellent sourcing and outreach skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, etc.). Fluent in English and Spanish. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
