World-class product management skills (discovery, specs, backlog management, cross-functional leadership). Builder's mindset with comfort in ambiguity, high ownership, and bias for action. Excellent communication skills.

Lead the end-to-end development of the crypto sportsbook and casino platform. Create and own the product vision and strategic roadmap. Define foundational requirements for core platform components (payments, accounts, bonusing, integrations, responsible gaming). Own and obsess over every detail of the player experience. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories. Establish and analyze key metrics for success.
