Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive technical experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership capacity (Solutions Architect or Principal Solutions Engineer)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Mastery of modern API architectures (REST, GraphQL)
- Expertise in distributed systems design
- Knowledge of cloud platform governance (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Domain fluency in the QSR/Hospitality technology ecosystem
- Exceptional ability to engage with C-level executives
- 2+ years of people leadership experience overseeing technical consulting or engineering staff
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and execution for large QSR prospects.
- Design optimal target-state architectures and integration patterns.
- Serve as the highest technical escalation point within the pre-sales cycle.
- Govern internal solutioning process by developing standardized reference architectures.
- Translate field-observed technical requirements into input for product roadmaps.
- Ensure a seamless technical hand-off process from sales to activation.
- Define and implement a Solutions Engineering methodology.
- Lead formal people management responsibilities for the Solutions Engineering team.
