12+ years of progressive technical experience At least 5 years in a leadership capacity (Solutions Architect or Principal Solutions Engineer) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Mastery of modern API architectures (REST, GraphQL) Expertise in distributed systems design Knowledge of cloud platform governance (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Domain fluency in the QSR/Hospitality technology ecosystem Exceptional ability to engage with C-level executives 2+ years of people leadership experience overseeing technical consulting or engineering staff

Lead technical strategy and execution for large QSR prospects. Design optimal target-state architectures and integration patterns. Serve as the highest technical escalation point within the pre-sales cycle. Govern internal solutioning process by developing standardized reference architectures. Translate field-observed technical requirements into input for product roadmaps. Ensure a seamless technical hand-off process from sales to activation. Define and implement a Solutions Engineering methodology. Lead formal people management responsibilities for the Solutions Engineering team.
