Requirements:
Master’s degree with a focus in Behavior Analysis or similar Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification At least 5 years of experience (post-certification) in applied settings providing both case management and staff supervision Experience providing ABA therapy and caregiver training (preferred) Experience conducting assessments via telehealth (preferred) Valid drivers license Reliable personal vehicle for transportation
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and make clinical recommendations for treatment dosage Conduct in-person observations in the client’s natural environment Write initial treatment plans and review them with clients’ families Transition clients to ongoing Clinical Care Provider Complete clinical documentation according to AnswersNow policies Communicate directly with families to schedule assessments Attend company and team meetings Conduct virtual initial assessments Provide coverage for other clinicians Provide short-term care to clients Provide at minimum of 25 billable hours per week on average
