Requirements
- Proven experience in servicing and optimising large-scale industrial water treatment systems
- Strong technical proficiency in RO, ion exchange, filtration, and related technologies
- Excellent customer relationship and account management skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify upselling opportunities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive health and safety mindset
- Competent in Microsoft Office and administrative reporting
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5 or above or equivalent)
- Engineering qualification at ONC level or higher (Desirable)
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site services including installation, maintenance, process optimisation, and repair of large-scale industrial water treatment systems
- Electrical diagnostics and ladder logic fault finding
- Ensure contractual service obligations are met
- Deliver training to field staff and customers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects
- Conduct regular customer meetings to confirm lifecycle support
- Promote new technologies and rental assets
- Ensure remedial works are quoted to maintain uptime and maximise account value
- Assist with scoping, costing, and contract finalisation
- Support proposal development and commercial negotiations
- Provide input on market trends and growth opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives including trade shows and seminars
- Contribute to the development and promotion of new technologies
